The Church of God Sabbath Day is sponsoring a festival location (a continuation of the Church of God Parkersburg site) in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, October 7 - October 14, 2025.

Services will be held at the Avista Resort, 300 North Ocean Drive, North Myrtle Beach, S.C. This is a very nice resort, which offers 1BR, 2BR, and 3BR condominiums at an affordable price. The rooms are very nice, very clean, and all have an ocean view. The condos all have indoor corridor entrance.
Each condo has a full kitchen, including refrigerator, stove and oven, dishwasher. A washing machine/dryer unit is in each condo, and the resort has a guest laundry facility with full-size washers & dryers.
There is an on-site restaurant, private covered parking, 3 pools, 2 lazy rivers, 1 kiddie pool, and 3 hot tubs, state of the art fitness center, bell stand & porter service, concierge service, daily housekeeping service and 24-hour front desk.
Each living room area has an ocean view. Some bedrooms also have an ocean view. All 2BR & 3BR units contain a sleeper sofa. All 1BR units include a wall Murphy bed.
We have provided the price of the inclusive rates per night AFTER taxes. The first price is the rate per night BEFORE taxes. The second price will include all combined taxes and fees of 29.99%.

The above rates apply 3 days before and 3 days after the Feast, based on availability. The resort’s room rates are subject to 29.99% tax, resort fee and processing fee. Parking is complimentary in the resort’s parking garage.
Reservations may be made by calling Central Reservations 1-877-238-4487 (choose option 2), 7:00am-12:00am EST 7-days a week. Ask for the group code #3127858. ​​​​​​​
A block of rooms has been reserved for us and will be held until August 25, 2024. After this date, the rooms will be released for general sale. Please make your reservations before this date. VERY IMPORTANT: The rooms are in high demand this year. THE RESORT WILL FILL UP DURING THIS TIME, SO TO ENSURE YOU WILL GET A ROOM, PLEASE BOOK EARLY.
Additional Room Charges: There is an additional per person charge of $10 for persons above & beyond the number of adults & children included in the below room types:

2BR suite rates include 4 adults & 2 children
3BR suite rates include 4 adults & 4 children
Children are defined as 18 years or younger

Feast Services will be held daily in the grand ballroom on the second floor of the Avista Resort at 10.30am.

AGAIN THIS YEAR: We are planning a nice family day cookout for the entire group at nearby McLean Park. The picnic will be provided free of charge to you. Donations can be made if desired, but are not necessary.
​
NOTE: Activities such as bingo, Bible Jeopardy (other trivia games), a movie night, a bowling night are being considered. If you have suggestions and would like to help arrange an activity, please let me know.
